General Terms and Conditions


By placing an order to Wilhelm & Sons LLC., you warrant that:


(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;


(b) you are a Re-seller or ‘consumer’ purchasing the Products for reselling purposes only or own usage.


  1.  Applicability


These General Terms and Conditions apply to the processing of all orders placed to Wilhelm & Sons LLC.


  1.  Satisfaction Guarantee


Carefully Selected Products: You are guaranteed to always receive the highest quality goods (hereinafter called : goods, products etc)


All Products are designed in Switzerland and crystal guaranteed from Swiss alps from collected by our partners on the highest peaks.


Availability may vary due to strict limitation and or handmade production.


  1.  Defects / Guarantees


Any defects, failures must be notified within 20 days from the date of customs clearance.


If the goods are sent direct to third parties, they must be checked and accepted by the Purchaser at the Seller’s permises, otherwise the goods are considered to have been supplied in good condition and according to the contract.


For material and construction defects, the Seller gives the direct Purchaser a guarantee during 6 months from invoicing date.


To claim that the Product is defective, you must ensure that, the Product is returned to us in order to reasonably enable us to examine the returned Product.  Following such examination we will notify you of any refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.  We will usually process the refund to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect which we have examined and agreed exists will be refunded in full.


We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. The amount is calculated according the original purchasing price and additional freight charges.


The guarantee does not extend to damages arising as a result of natural wear and tear, excessive use, extrem shaking , mixing or faulty usage and or breaking glases due to uncareful handling. Additional to these we also excluse our guarantee for acts of god such as : earthquake , extreme weather conditions, tsunamis etc .


The guarantee automatically expires if the Purchaser makes changes, or has changes made, to the item under guarantee, without written permission from the Seller.


  1.  Applicability of Terms and Prices


The published prices at the time of the order shall apply. Products offered, vintages, prices, terms and products availability are subject to change. In addition, we reserve the right to make corrections to obvious errors and typos. Damage claims resulting from obvious errors and typos are excluded.


  1.  Sales Prices, Payment Methods and Payment Terms


Our prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).


Prices based on Incoterms 2010 – EXW, Ex Works, Schattdorf, Switzerland


All order must be paid in advance in Swiss Currency trough PayPal , Stripe or credit card.


  1.  Delivery


Deliveries are made acc. Incoterms 2010 / EXW, Ex Works, Schattdorf Switzerland. Transport Charges, Local Transports as well as any import duties, VAT, and customs clearance is not included and must be borne by purchaser/importer.


All Products are delivered in suitable packaging.


The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery, leaving our warehouse in Schattdorf, Switzerland.

We assume no liability of any kind in connection with our product offerings (including but not limited to images, text and prices) and delivery, except where applicable by law.

Wilhelm & Sons LLC. expressly reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time and to make the changes applicable immediately without further notice to buyers.


  1.  Applicable Law and Jurisdiction


Swiss law applies exclusively.


The place of jurisdiction is the head office of the Seller, currently Schattdorf UR, Switzerland.
